Kanto is the NPC that exchanges Butterfly Droplet Stones and Arcane River Droplet Stones for Phantasma Coins.

There are two NPCs in Lachelein named Dimo and Kanto.

Arcane River Droplet Stones drop off of monsters, and Butterfly Droplet Stones drop off of defeating Lucid.

You can obtain two different stones that are exchanged for Arcane weapons and armor.

After you progress from Vanishing Journey and Chu Chu Island, you will begin the final step of fighting the new boss, Lucid.

The last area in Arcane River, Lachelein, is available after completing the Chu Chu Island questline.
