All new 737 through 800 and 737 Max aircraft will have these seat. It includes the widest seat ever in a Boeing 737, providing additional space for passengers. They were recently in the news for creating a brand-new interior that they call the Heart Interior. Southwest Airlines is not an international company and they only travel within the United States. It wasn't until the 1990s when service to the east and southeast were added to the route. In 1979, Southwest began traveling to other states for the first time. It was incorporated as Air Southwest Company a year later but it would take several years until the airline began actually scheduling flights from Love Field in Dallas.
